◆日本国内配送

●返品・交換は、未使用のものに限らせて頂きます。

●5日以内に電話かメールにて連絡を下さい。

●お客様のご都合による返品・交換は、送料・手数料ともにお客様ご負担でお願いします。

●商品の初期不良については送料・手数料共に弊社負担にて対応させて頂きます。交換在庫があれば交換、ない場合は返品対応となります。
●配送途中の破損などの事故がございましたら、 弊社までご連絡下さい。

 

◆International Shipping

We can not accept returns and changes. It depends on situation as follows.

For returns : in case of the goods are inferior, we will send another one with our shipping charge.  The shipping charge for returns is also our burden. Except that we can not accept it.
